Dalai Lama talks with Pierce Morgan. Dalai Lama may not be a Zen Buddhist, but he's still interesting to listen to. He (or his holiness as one should say) is a Tibetan Buddhist, which belongs to the same branch of Buddhism as Zen.
I also found an article from the science news service Phys.Org about meditation. The article says that if you meditate for 27 minutes each day during 8 weeks, your memory will improve, and the stress you experience will be reduced.
